Rosarito Beach is located just 18 miles south of the U.S./Mexican border and is easily
accessible by the Tijuana-Ensenada Scenic Highway.

"Terrazas del Pacífico", Rosarito Beach, across from Popotla and Calafia.
Directions to the Property:
Take the toll road from Tijuana to Rosarito. Go past all the Rosarito exits. Take the
last exit, just before the toll booth to Ensenada.
Look for the sign LA PALOMA-POPOTLA-CALAFIA-LAS ROCAS, take that road and
head south on the new road, about 4 miles south you will see two large archways on
the oceanside, next to the FOX studios. Continue on that road about 1/2 mile to the
street light. Passing this point, take an immediate left under a bridge. Follow the road
to the right until arriving at a small white guard booth where the road divides. Take
the road that goes downhill (to the right).There is a sign that will read Calle Cabo San
Lucas. Follow the road passing two white houses, where the road curves there is a
small 2-story house with red roof, continue on that road until you come to a large
cream and white 3 story house with 3 garages, surrounded by a white fence and iron
gates.
